Location: monthly meetings in the Fellowship Hall
Date:  last Monday of the month at 1:00 p.m.
Our meetings are open to any interested ladies of the congregation

Format:  At the beginning of each monthly meeting, we have a short Devotional Service consisting of prayer, scripture readings, poetry, hymns and an offering. The service is presented by one of the rotating ten teams of women. We often have a speaker or a guest who entertains. A short business meeting is held to discuss, arrange or vote on - fundraising ideas, current projects, mission giving, kitchen upkeep, card sending, work parties, etc. Tea is served at the conclusion of each meeting so that the ladies can enjoy a time of fellowship.

Work Meetings are held on an irregular basis. Quilts, lap robes, cloth bags and other articles are made for those in need..

Cemetery Restoration

In 2003 the UCW of Grace United Church set aside some money to help restore the old Seneca Wesleyan Methodist Cemetery.

In 2007 a group of men and women from Grace United and a member of the Ontario Genealogical Society, met with three County of Haldimand leisure Services personnel to form a partnership.

This partnership was formed, and in April of 2008, the first cemetery work party was held. Thirty-five headstones were cleaned at this first gathering. If you would like further information, an update on the progress or wish to join the workers, kindly contact the church office at 905-765-2686.
