Comments from the Writing Group
Some of us believe that if you can talk, you can write, since the best writing echoes the voice of the writer. For a group ranging from five to eleven people, the Grace Writing Group has been a source of fun and inspiration since it started September 2009.
This mixed bag of Grace members and others has shared writing that included personal and family stories, fiction, faith, philosophy and sometimes poetry. The primary purpose has been encouragement of writing skills, and the opportunity to share life experiences. Most important for the members has been friendship and laughter, and some irreplaceable written memories bridging the past and the future. We plan to continue, and we welcome new members to share our mories, stories and laughter.
Our next meeting is Thursday, February
23rd, 2012. Come join us in the library.

The Garden Group
With Spring almost on the horizon, the Grace Garden Group met in late January to start planning for the May 18-19 Garden Sale to be held on the church grounds.
Over lunch in the library,members discussed the seeds that were available for distribution . It is hoped that more
annuals, and also herbs, will be available for the sale this year.
